Android--判断文本文件编码


方法1:利用windows文本文件编码特点。


windows下,Unicode、Unicode big endian和UTF-8编码的txt文件的开头会多出几个字节,分别是FF、FE(Unicode),FE、FF(Unicode big endian),EF、BB、BF(UTF-8)。

缺点:不能这样去探测linux下的文件。

说明:第三个方法要比第二个速度快些,也比较新,所以推荐使用第三个。
